• You will certify that all course work that is associated with your account has been completed by you as the person engaged in the acquiring these learning hours.
• You will assume responsibility for your account, taking appropriate steps to protect such information as your log in information.
• You understand it is your responsibility to maintain a record of your course completion as verification that you met the re-certification mandate.
